We are looking for a Backend Developer with solid experience in **Java** and **AWS** services, capable of developing secure, efficient, and scalable technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in agile methodologies. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze requirements and develop software according to specifications. * Implement applications using the agile **Scrum** methodology. * Build and maintain robust backend APIs and services. * Manage and maintain SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity. * Create and manage resources on **AWS** (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.). * Perform unit testing, documentation, and version control using **Git**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * **4\+ years of experience as a backend developer**. * **3\+ years of experience with AWS core services**. * Proficiency in **Java** and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. * Experience with **relational and non-relational databases**. * Knowledge of **REST APIs**, **Kafka**, **JWT**, **Oracle**, **Redshift** (desirable). * Tools: Git, Jira, Sonar, Postman. * Advanced technical English (reading and writing). **Methodologies and Tools** * Scrum (dailies, sprints, retrospectives). * Version control with Git. * Basic DevOps (CI/CD desirable). **Work Location** * Mode: 100% on-site. * Location: Mexico City Job type: Fixed-term or project-based Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $30,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
