**1. Planning and Coordination** Review drawings and specifications. Coordinate activities with the client and other disciplines. Develop and monitor schedules. **2. Installation Supervision** Verify correct installation of HVAC equipment (CRAC/CRAH, piping, ductwork, sensors, controls). Ensure assembly quality and compliance with standards. **3. Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance** Conduct inspections and document observations. Ensure compliance with technical standards and manufacturer requirements. **4. Safety** Supervise use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations. Monitor work permits and proper handling of refrigerants. **5. Multidisciplinary Coordination** Resolve interferences with electrical, structural, fire protection, and BMS systems. **6. Testing and Commissioning** Supervise pressure tests, vacuum tests, airflow tests, and equipment operation tests. Coordinate commissioning and verify as-built documentation. **7. Personnel and Resource Management** Supervise technical staff and subcontractors. Manage materials, tools, and progress reports. **8. Communication and Reporting** Report progress and issues to the client. Prepare daily reports and final documentation.
