




**About the Role** We are looking for a **Customer Support Coordinator** to be the main point of contact for clients after they sign their contract. This role ensures customers feel informed and supported throughout their renovation process. You will manage communication, follow up with project teams, and keep our project\-tracking tools organized and updated. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both customer service duties and basic project coordination. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary contact for client questions and updates after onboarding * Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone in a timely, professional manner * Monitor our project management system and make sure project statuses remain accurate * Follow up with installers, fabricators, and subcontractors to gather progress updates * Keep clients informed about timelines, next steps, and any changes * Record issues and ensure they are handled quickly and correctly * Maintain smooth communication between clients and the Mr. Kitchen team * Learn the basics of countertops, cabinets, and renovation steps to answer client questions * Support a positive customer experience from start to finish **Requirements** * Experience in customer service, client support, or administrative support * Strong written and spoken English * Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple clients at the same time * Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and communication platforms * Strong follow\-up skills and ability to keep project teams accountable * Problem\-solving mindset and calm, professional attitude * Experience in construction, renovations, or interior materials is helpful but not required **Preferred Skills** * Experience in customer support or project coordination * Familiarity with countertop materials or home renovation processes * Ability to identify and communicate issues before they grow **Schedule \& Compensation** * Full\-time, remote * Compensation based on experience and location **Why Join Us?** Mr. Kitchen is a growing renovation company focused on communication, customer satisfaction, and delivering high\-quality projects.
