**Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate security personnel during the assigned shift. * Verify compliance with instructions, procedures, and company policies. * Conduct patrols, inspections, and supervision across various services. * Monitor attendance, shift handovers, incidents, and operational reports. * Respond to emergencies or incidents by applying established protocols. * Maintain constant communication with the operations department and the client. * Prepare and submit daily shift reports. * Ensure proper use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools. * Support training and discipline of subordinate personnel. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: High school diploma or technical degree (preferred) * Minimum experience of **1 to 2 years** as a supervisor, shift leader, or similar position in private security. * Knowledge of security instructions, patrols, logbooks, and personnel control. * Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability. * Availability for flexible working hours and shift rotation. * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
