Responsibilities and Activities * Assist parking customers experiencing issues with damaged, lost, or illegible tickets, providing prompt and courteous solutions. * Maintain constant communication with booth control staff and parking security personnel to report incidents. * Guide customers on proper use of prepayment machines, ticket readers, and automated teller machines. * Assist in replenishing prepayment ATMs with change, and keep parking entrances and exits clean. * Keep parking entrances and exits clean by removing trash, debris, or any obstacle affecting operations.
