




**Responsabilities:** * Attend weekly project meetings with the client * Attend weekly project meetings in Mexico and discuss new business progress with WT\-China Sales and Techmansales * Provide support in reviewing bills of materials, client drawings, and technical process documents * Participate in reviewing PFMEA \& Control Plan for new projects. * Support the creation and presentation of packaging to clients. * Support client requests and provide follow\-up with the internal team. * Be responsible with WT China for any client requests that cannot be handled by WT Mexico. * Visit/maintain constant communication with customers as needed. * Support the creation of timelines for the introduction and follow\-up of new projects, providing progress reports as needed in Phases 1 and 2 of APQP. * Participate in internal and external audits related to customers and projects. * Document progress and technical reports of changes during Phase 2: APQP Product Design and Development. * Support the analysis of the root causes of urgent CFT line problems. * Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and provide support in the required activities. **Requirements:** * University degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions (transfers, introduction of new products, engineering changes, etc.). * Experience in the automotive industry, automotive harnesses required. * Advanced English. * Advanced proficiency in project management tools * Engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of APQP implementation. * Risk analysis and problem solving * IATF 16949 internal auditor * Core Tools required * Lean Manufacturing * Availability Send your information in English (must) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
