




***Manufacturing company seeking your talent as: Human Resources Coordinator.*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** *Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/administrative fields or related disciplines.* *Experience: 3 years in Human Resources processes, including:* Knowledge of pre-payroll and incident management. Training, Federal Labor Law (LFT), Taxpayer Identification Registry (RIT), social security provisions, IMSS personnel movements, etc. Proficiency in Office and NOI. Organizational climate management. Availability to support both plant and corporate operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure payroll calculation according to incidents (hires, terminations, leaves, sanctions, staff changes, etc.). Validate internal staff and/or specialized service personnel registrations and cancellations with IMSS and applicable legal frameworks. Periodically update the onboarding manual for new employees. Provide support in processing FONACOT loan applications. Monitor compliance with NOM-035 STPS and civil protection programs. **WE OFFER:** Monthly salary of $ 13,000.00 to $15,000.00 gross, commensurate with qualifications. Statutory benefits.
