Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in customer service call centers or E-COMMERCE, mandatory. Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for executive presentations). Experience with predictive dialers, CRM systems, performance indicator analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, customer service standards, and data protection regulations. Supervise and plan daily operations, analyze and monitor KPIs, design continuous improvement strategies, lead and develop supervisor and agent teams, prepare executive reports and action plans, ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations.
