




**Schedule** * Monday to Saturday * 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Position Objective** Lead and ensure proper commercial execution at the point of sale, achieving sales targets, shrinkage control, and productivity through strategic management of the sales and promotion team. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the sales and promotion team (approximately 20 people). * Ensure achievement of sales, weight, and shrinkage targets. * Route supervision and point-of-sale execution. * Market analysis and competitor activity monitoring. * Training and development of assigned personnel. * Implementation of commercial strategies and promotions. * Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reporting. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the **traditional channel**. * Experience managing **wholesale clients and bulk purchases**. * Experience leading sales teams. * Completed degree (degree title not mandatory). * Willingness to travel frequently (Tijuana, Ensenada, and San Quintín). * Leadership profile with close supervision style and results-oriented focus. * Class C driver’s license. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary * Performance bonus * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
