Position Summary: A leading company is seeking an IPTV Systems Operator to track and resolve incidents, monitor and maintain IPTV applications, and automate processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for tracking and resolving IPTV operational issues 2. Monitoring and maintenance of IPTV applications 3. Knowledge of A10/F5, Linux, Kubernetes, and microservices LEADING COMPANY REQUIRES: ***IPTV Systems Operator*** Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies / Graduated RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% Mandatory · Responsible for tracking and resolving IPTV operational issues · Monitoring of IPTV applications · Maintenance of systems · Execution of scheduled changes to IPTV applications in accordance with company policies · Integration of new application monitoring tools as they are incorporated into operations · Reporting and escalation of failures to various MDW and IPTV development teams · Preventive and corrective maintenance of systems according to their scheduled calendar · Detection and response to alarms occurring during the shift, including follow-up until resolution · Environment switchover to ensure system and service availability delivered to customers · Process automation · Knowledge of: A10/F5, Change Management Tools, Linux OS, Kubernetes, Microservices, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle DB.
