This position is part of the People team and will be key to ensuring the best talent joins our mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible. **Your role at Danone** You will be responsible for leading talent acquisition processes for junior and mid\-level positions in corporate areas, ensuring a world-class experience for candidates and stakeholders, and contributing to the execution of our talent strategy. **Key responsibilities** * **Full-cycle recruitment management**: From job posting to final offer, for junior and mid\-level positions. * **Candidate relationship**: Ensure a positive, transparent experience aligned with Danone's values. * **Internal collaboration**: Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand needs and design effective attraction strategies. * **Stakeholder communication**: Maintain a close and proactive relationship with key internal teams. * **Technology utilization**: Leverage recruitment tools such as **iCIMS** to optimize processes and improve hiring quality. * **Diversity and inclusion**: Promote inclusive practices that strengthen our culture and organizational capabilities. About you * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition or similar roles. * **Key skills**: + Recruitment strategies and selection techniques. + Proficiency with ATS (ideally **iCIMS**). + Employer branding and social media management. + Advanced English. + Communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
