




Requirements Completed bachelor's degree \- Proficiency in standard software, ability to travel easily \- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position \- Submit weekly Operational Exit Reports to Payroll and Recruitment \- Maintain a consolidated record of resignations, terminations, and contract endings. \- Administer exit interviews/surveys. \- Issue employment certificates. \- Draft administrative minutes. \- Distribute Profit-Sharing (PTU) payments to both active and inactive employees. \- Prepare and timely deliver settlement requests and settlement documents. Update various reports related to operational incidents (e.g., terminations, medical leaves, vacations, etc.) \- Address conflicts and situations that may affect workplace climate. \- Follow up on medical leaves. \- Process employee terminations in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and the Federal Labor Law (FT). \- Request quotations from Procurement when their services are required. \- Conduct weekly site visits to stations. \- Submit weekly turnover reports; manage internal departmental indicators. \- Coordinate communication and related processes with all employees \- Proficiency in Microsip \- Sense of urgency, commitment, and proactivity We offer $4,000 weekly net salary, initial Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Statutory benefits + additional benefits Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $7,346.15 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
