




We are looking for a responsible, proactive Human Resources Manager with leadership skills to join our team in central Mexico City. The selected candidate will be in charge of coordinating all processes related to human talent management and compliance with labor regulations. ⸻ Responsibilities: * Supervise recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Manage payroll, attendance, vacations, and employee benefits. * Keep internal policies updated and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law. * Handle labor relations, organizational climate, and staff training. * Support management in organizational development strategies. * Manage and supervise 30 employees ⸻ Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and payroll management. * Intermediate level of Excel and administrative tools. * Proactive, organized attitude, and results-oriented. ⸻ We offer: * Monthly salary of $13,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Good working environment in a central location Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
