**Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree or Engineering (certified) * 4 years of experience * Languages: Intermediate English * Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook **Knowledge** * APQP * IATF 16949 Internal Auditor (knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949) * Control Plan, PFMEA * GD&T * Problem Solving Tools (8D's, 5W's, etc...) * PPAP * SPC * In component processes (SMT, PCB, etc...), preferred * In component approval, various commodities, (PPAP) * Documentation management (procedures, work instructions, forms). * Conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits. **Experience** Minimum of 4 years in a similar position in the following activities: * Implementation and certification under IATF 16949/VDA 6.3 standards * Maintenance of necessary processes for QMS. * Aligning processes to compliance with standards: 9001, 9004, 19011, 14000 and IATF 16949 * Keeping top management informed about the performance and any improvement needs of the QMS. * Monitoring quality management system policies. * Ensuring employee training and competency. * Managing and closing internal and external non-conformities. * Coordinating internal audits and performance evaluations of the group companies' QMS. * Verifying corrective and preventive actions raised and their timely implementation. * Preferably hold certification as an IATF 16949 Quality Management System Lead Auditor * Lean Manufacturing Supplier evaluation and development according to the part approval process and specific company requirements for approving changes and new components from suppliers.
