




Provide operational and administrative support to various departments within the unit, ensuring order, document control, process tracking, and efficient internal and external communication, thereby contributing to the smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities * **Document Management:** physical and digital filing, case file control, preparation of reports and letters. * **Communication and Customer Service:** answering phone calls, attending to customers/suppliers, sending emails, and following up on requests. * **Administrative Control:** preparing reports, managing invoices, purchase orders, reimbursements, and supporting basic accounting processes. * **Activity Coordination:** scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, coordinating deliveries, and tracking internal activities. * **Human Resources Support:** attendance tracking, personnel file compilation, and assistance in hiring or training processes. * **Supply Management:** office supply inventory, purchase requisitions, and supply control. **Candidate Profile** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree (preferred). * Minimum experience: 1 year in administrative roles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Professional and ethical attitude. **Working Conditions** * Working hours as established by the company. * Office-based work, primarily administrative in nature. * Daily interaction with suppliers, internal and external customers.
