Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to ensure the supply of materials for banquets and restaurants, maintaining operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Manages orders and verifies inventories to ensure supply 2. Coordinates with suppliers and consumption centers 3. Tracks invoices and controls expenses **At Grupo Pixca, we seek talent!** **We currently have an opening for a Purchasing Supervisor.** **Objective:** Ensure banquets and restaurants have all required supplies so operations remain uninterrupted. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that all orders are entered into the system every 15 days prior to the event. * Cross-check orders against inventories and proformas. * Authorize orders. * Prepare orders for suppliers. * Generate invoices from receipts. * Record product receipt in the system and subsequently issue shipments to consumption centers. * Issue movement-based policies together with purchase orders and requisitions. * Verify cash and supplier expenses. * Conduct month-end inventories. * Confirm no supplies are missing in either kitchen or bar areas for events and inventory operations. * Prepare orders for restaurant suppliers. * Process purchases for banquets and restaurants. * Deliver supplies to banquets and restaurants. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund. * Uniforms. * Employee cafeteria. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel and/or send your CV to reclutamiento@pixca.com** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
