Implement a high-performance management model Position Objective Ensure cross-functional Human Capital and business strategies, as well as drive talent attraction and development to foster high performance, following the 6-step model. Main Responsibilities Understand the needs of the unit and central areas.\* Ensure understanding and implementation of the 6-step model.\* Monitor compliance with defined KPIs.\* Coordinate bilateral communication of needs and initiatives between the business and Human Capital centers of expertise, in order to deliver solutions enabling achievement of their objectives.\* Handle sensitive separations.\* Develop salary strategies.\* Formulate strategies to implement cross-functional Human Capital initiatives, enabling areas under my scope of control to execute them: Performance evaluation, Training, Personnel calibration, Structural alignment, Job descriptions, Personnel valuations.\* Cost structural frameworks.\* Train and supervise staff under my supervision, ensuring they possess the necessary tools to deliver solutions that improve the employee experience.\* Advise team leaders in the areas I manage, enabling them to implement the high-performance management model within their teams. Candidate Profile Generalist knowledge of Human Capital, personnel management processes, payroll, compensation, employee relations, IMSS, organizational structures, and workplace tools.
