We invite you to join our team as: **SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER** **Objective:** Lead, coordinate and supervise the execution of CH Geografía's strategic projects, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, timelines, costs and quality through project management methodologies and effective team leadership within GS. **Knowledge** * Business and administrative knowledge * Experience: 4 years managing simultaneous projects, preferably focused on HR * Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar * Advanced intermediate Excel skills **Responsibilities** Define and establish the appropriate project management methodology for each initiative. Plan, execute, monitor and close projects in alignment with objectives. Coordinate internal and external teams, assigning resources and responsibilities. Supervise adherence to schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Generate reports on project status. Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes.
