




We are seeking a professional with experience in the automotive industry, focused on customer service and insurance company management. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Administration, or Electromechanics * Experience: 3–5 years in a similar position * Proficiency in PC, Office, and Excel * IDS diagnostic tool (scanner) **Main Responsibilities** * Vehicle reception and delivery (to customers and insurance companies) * Creating, tracking, and closing work orders in the system * Estimating damages with photographic support * Tracking appraisals, parts, and repairs * Quality control of repairs * Customer and insurance company service and follow-up * Managing invoicing and insurance company portals Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Base salary + commissions *Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send an updated CV to rh@fordazcapotzalco.mx* Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 – $14,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
