Assist in executing backups, tracking incidents, inventory control, and activity documentation. Provide technical support to company users in the use of IT resources, assisting with installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of computing equipment, peripherals, and communication systems, ensuring operational continuity. Develop security procedures for equipment based on job roles, and train staff on best practices for using IT tools and computer cybersecurity.
