Job Title: Physical Security Representative \- CDMX Job Description The Physical Security Representative is responsible for overseeing and implementing physical security programs based on standards, policies, procedures, and physical security services at assigned facilities. This position manages daily physical security operations, regulatory compliance, investigations, audits, and training, and is accountable for implementing and managing an employee security awareness program. Responsibilities: * Conduct audits of assigned facilities related to the above-mentioned aspects and communicate observations to the Security Operations team (Security Operations Supervisor and Senior/Manager) * Various policies and procedures related to security, standard services, and customer-specific requirements. * Industry-specific standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, SOC2, etc. * Assist in developing a training program to address identified deficiencies and ensure physical security operations at assigned sites * Maintain relationships with security service and system providers to ensure timely delivery of services for system maintenance and upgrades * Coordinate and conduct biannual fire evacuation drills at facilities * Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems, both already installed and those to be installed across all sites * Ensure training and communication for security personnel, site managers, security guards, and new employees Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree from any accredited institution or equivalent work experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement (with several years of experience in physical security operations and/or security management). * Professionalism and ability to build relationships. * Strong attention to detail. * Initiative, sense of urgency, and ability to perform well under pressure. * Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills; ability to understand and deliver security-related instructions. * Ability to explain audit observations and instruct on corrective actions. * Firm yet respectful.
