**Job Description:** **Objective:** Maintain the division's machinery, equipment, and facilities in optimal operating condition by planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing appropriate actions to ensure high-quality preventive and/or corrective maintenance. **ELECTROMECANICAL TECHNICIAN AA** **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING:** **Statutory and above-statutory benefits:** **Salary: $14,950\.48 gross per month.** · Vacation days · Social security · Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) · Vacation premium · Sunday premium · Rest days · Profit-sharing (PTU) · Grocery vouchers: $1,375\.00 · Life insurance · Savings fund: 6% · Subsidized cafeteria **SHIFT SCHEDULE** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years of electromechanical or mechatronics maintenance experience. · Minimum 3 years executing preventive maintenance programs. **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics/Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field. **Key Responsibilities:** · Execute the preventive maintenance program on time and as scheduled, adhering to SAP system standards and guidelines. · Comply with quality standards for preventive maintenance execution and for closing alerts and work orders in SAP. · Record and assign materials and/or spare parts to both corrective and preventive maintenance orders, considering labor time and equipment availability timelines. · Maintain a harmonious, respectful work environment and follow up on pending tasks as they arise. · Stay informed about daily activities and situations, including shift handover, tracking, and reporting; as well as recurring or repetitive failures in equipment or machinery. **Required Knowledge:** Best practices for preventive maintenance execution.
