Job Summary: Supervise technical staff, ensure preventive maintenance plans, and coordinate corrective and emergency interventions. Key Highlights: 1. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Academic Qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering, Senior Technician in Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general preventive and corrective maintenance. At least 1–2 years in supervisory or team leadership roles. Technical Knowledge: HVAC systems: Split, mini-split, VRF/VRV, chillers, rooftop units, fan coils, etc. Basic and industrial electricity. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical failures. Reading of electrical and mechanical drawings. Use of measurement and diagnostic tools (pressure gauges, multimeters, digital thermometers, etc.). Knowledge of general maintenance in HYDROSANITARY, PAINTING, DRYWALL, ELECTRICITY. Leadership and team management. Maintenance planning and organization (preventive, corrective, and predictive). Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Customer orientation and adherence to KPIs. Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.). Main Responsibilities: Supervise technical staff assigned to HVAC, hydrosanitary, electromechanical, and general maintenance. Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan. Coordinate corrective interventions and emergencies. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare technical reports and management reports. Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors as required. Work Location: Coyoacán (near Taxqueña metro station) We Offer: Salary: 13,000 + fixed bonus of 2,000 Weekly payment every Friday, with a one-week delay. Morning shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday; weekend shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; rotating weekend days off.
