Store Manager — What will make you stand out in this role? Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets. - Monitor key performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, inventory, and turnover). - Ensure full staffing and team development. - Prevent losses and guarantee proper operational execution. - Maintain standards of organization, cleanliness, and service. - Implement action plans derived from performance results. Required Profile: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the retail industry. - Bachelor’s degree completed or at least 50% of credits completed. - Experience managing work teams. - Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service orientation. - Numerical aptitude and ability to analyze performance indicators. - Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
