Job Summary: A full-stack developer working on the evolution of scalable web applications using React and Python, designing system architecture and actively participating in building the digital product. In this role, you will work as a full\-stack developer on the development and evolution of scalable web applications — from front\-end experiences built with React to back\-end services and REST APIs in Python. The position also includes designing and improving system architecture, optimizing performance, and managing AWS-based infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and measurable product outcomes. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. * Design software architecture and integrate necessary services and APIs for the product. * Actively participate in building and evolving the digital product. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Support the Project Manager in technical and product-related decisions. * Serve as a technical reference point to analyze, validate, and define solutions. * Exercise technical leadership through influence (without direct team management). * Engage with the social mission by delivering solutions that impact rural communities. **Technical Skills:** * \+5 years of full-stack development experience * Proficiency in React, Python, Django/Flask, and SQL * Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices * Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and agile environments **Soft Skills:** leadership in decision-making (not formal team lead), strong communication, ability to engage stakeholders and understand requirements; supports and collaborates with the Project Manager. **Work Mode and Schedule:** Hybrid; 2 days/week onsite at Rutopía’s office in Coyoacán, Ciudad de México.
