Bënuu Spa & Wellness is seeking a Spa Manager with a focus on operations, leadership, and customer experience, responsible for ensuring the spa operates efficiently, organizedly, and to premium standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise the spa’s daily operations * Coordinate and lead the team (massage therapists, receptionists, and cleaning staff) * Ensure compliance with protocols and quality standards * Manage scheduling, service timing, and service flow * Guarantee a premium experience for every customer * Handle complaints and special situations professionally * Monitor supplies, inventory, and laundry * Oversee spa cleanliness and order * Support hiring and staff training processes Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in spa, hospitality, clinic, or premium service management * Leadership and organizational skills * Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up * Excellent customer and team interaction skills * Ability to solve problems and make decisions * Availability to work weekends Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
