Installation and configuration of equipment/parts At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology Services, you are invited to join our team! **Position Title: Field Engineer Cdmx (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Santa Fe South Zone)** **Hybrid schedule: Monday to Sunday / two days off.** **Job Description:** * On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project TK, including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation at client business units. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents via the service desk. * On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project TK, including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation at client business units. * Installation and configuration of equipment/parts from warehouse for replacement and incident resolution. * Providing feedback to service desk personnel regarding TK progress to ensure incident resolution compliance. Ø **Skills:** Technical support for computer equipment § Proficiency in cloning tools and image deployment. § Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. § Structured cabling repair Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service Work Location: On-site employment
