*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening at Pick and Collect S.A. de C.V., located 10 minutes from Six Flags \- Tlalpan, Mexico City** **WFM ANALYST** (Experience with formulas and databases) Manage statistical analysis processes to maximize company profitability. 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor KPIs for assigned campaigns to ensure compliance with NPS and project-specific efficiency metrics. * Conduct continuous analysis of current vs. historical performance to identify areas for improvement. * Analyze and evaluate **process volume and demand**, considering time requirements and operational workloads. * Process and monitor **periodic workload trend patterns** to identify recurring patterns and opportunities for improvement. * **Forecast future demand** using historical data analysis and operational projections. * Supervise and evaluate **operator performance, development, and productivity**, ensuring goal attainment and operational efficiency.
