We are seeking a Mechanical Technician** **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field * Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (desirable) * Knowledge of basic diagnostics, tool usage, and workshop procedures * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and adherence to processes * Flexible availability **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services * Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical faults * Carry out repairs according to manufacturer standards * Report anomalies and document work performed * Ensure proper use of workshop tools and equipment * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area * Assist with additional tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail * Technical thinking * Ability to work under pressure * Organization * Responsibility and honesty * Effective communication **Compensation** * Gross monthly salary: **$9,900** * Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months: **$5,000** * After this period: commission scheme \+ base salary * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm At AUTOCOM, we value diversity and inclusion.
