At R\&R IT we are looking for a person as Front End Developer / Web Designer to join our team working on innovative projects. Responsibilities: * Design, structure and develop functional, accessible and visually consistent web interfaces, ensuring that UI/UX proposals are translated into optimal digital experiences. * Implement visual components, responsive layouts and web standards, collaborating with developers, designers and product teams so deliverables meet quality, scalability and visual consistency requirements. * Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into responsive, optimized HTML/CSS markup. * Implement reusable components using modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material, etc.). * Ensure browser and device compatibility (cross\-browser and cross\-platform). * Optimize site visual performance (loading, structure, accessibility). * Collaborate with Frontend/Backend developers to integrate the markup with APIs and functional logic. * Implement best practices in HTML semantics, accessibility (WCAG), technical SEO and W3C standards. * Maintain and organize design systems, style guides and component libraries. * Perform visual testing, corrections and layout adjustments according to project requirements. * Participate in documentation of components, styles and visual flows. * Ensure visual consistency across different sections, products and digital platforms. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Digital Design, IT Engineering or related field (Must have completed degree) * 2\-3 years of hands-on experience as a Web Designer or UI-focused Frontend Developer. * HTML5 * Advanced CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations) * Preprocessors: SASS / SCSS * Advanced responsiveness and mobile\-first approach * Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Foundation). * Solid knowledge of native JavaScript (not required at developer level). * Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch. * Familiarity with Git version control. * Basic knowledge of web accessibility (A11Y / WCAG). * Experience working with design and development teams. * High attention to visual detail. * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. * Good communication skills with technical and creative teams. * Critical thinking and autonomy in solving visual problems. * Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines. * Adaptability to design changes or requirement updates. * Experience with components in React/Vue/Angular. * Basic understanding of technical SEO. * Proficiency with web optimization tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed, WebPageTest). * Experience with enterprise design systems (Design Systems). * Experience in corporate environments or high-traffic projects.
