




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for monitoring and analysis of events and incidents, as well as ticket management and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in identification and analysis of events and incidents 2. Proficiency with incident detection and management tools 3. Proactive real-time alert and incident hunting **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications, with networking experience. (Degree holder) **Work Location:** Insurgentes Sur, Tlalpan (near Metrobús Villa Olímpica). **Work Schedule:** 12x12 rotating monthly. **1–3 years of experience in:** \- Identification and analysis of events and incidents \- Execution of response actions to alerts and incidents \- Generation of alert and incident tickets arising from monitoring and operations tools \- Registration, tracking, and closure of alert and incident tickets \- Daily and monthly reporting and documentation \- Escalation of alerts and incidents via email and phone calls \- Handling, review, and follow-up of alerts and incidents with respective departments \- Monitoring and operation of event and incident detection, management, and response tools \- Proactive real-time hunting of alerts, incidents, high response times, and response errors across systems and servers \- Monitoring and analysis of SPEI charts \- On-site, email, and phone support for requests submitted by involved departments. **Competencies:** \- Excellent service attitude \- Availability \- High commitment and accountability **Salary:** \- $24,000–$27,000 Net \- Job stability \- Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00–$27,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
