Main Responsibilities * Cut and serve Brazilian sword steaks directly at the table. * Verify proper cooking, temperature, and presentation of meats. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. * Assist in assembling and preparing sword steaks before service. * Apply food hygiene and handling standards correctly. * Provide courteous and professional customer service. * Promptly report shortages or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service. * Properly handle and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools. * Comply with company-established safety and image standards. RequirementsEducation * Completed secondary education (preferred). Experience * Prior experience in restaurants, grills, churrascarias, or food handling is desirable. * Customer service experience (preferred).
