**Medication Warehouse Manager** **\*Requirements\*:** \- TSU, Bachelor's degree, and/or Engineering in a related field (graduated or intern). \- Proficiency in Excel. \- SAE \- Age between 27 and 45 years old. \- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience managing medication warehouses. \- Must not live more than 1 hour away from the workplace **(Tláhuac)**. **\-** Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and possess a valid driver's license is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Receive medications and medical supplies from suppliers, verifying invoices against purchase orders and physical deliveries. \- Classify medications and supplies for proper storage on designated shelves. \- Check expiration dates and batch numbers. \- Organize, control, and supervise order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery to the Logistics department. \- Control and management of controlled substances. \- Collaborate with the Administrator in developing and implementing area procedures and manuals. \- Analyze and define inventory control: safety stock, optimal stock, maximum and minimum levels. \- Perform cyclic counts, reorder points, and inventory turnover analysis. \- Manage and monitor KPIs. \- Submit monthly reports. \- Be responsible for human and material resources under supervision. \- Experience in internal and external audits. \- Knowledge of medication preservation measures. \- Maintenance of cold chain integrity. **Desired Profile:** \- Organized. \- Effective time management. \- Reliable. \- Attention to detail. \- Problem-solving skills. **What We Offer?** \- Statutory benefits \- Uniforms \- Monthly productivity bonus \- Professional growth opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
