Human by nature. **Payroll Administrator** **Your future position?** As a **Payroll Administrator**, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll records to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries according to employee contracts and local regulations. **Does this sound interesting?** It could be the perfect opportunity if, like us, you are passionate about ensuring process quality and contributing ideas through teamwork. In this exciting role, you will: Act as the main point of contact between Finance and Payroll for accounting matters, including payroll reconciliations with accounting and CFDI stamping reconciliations between the Payroll system and the SAT portal. Lead the execution of payroll processes in SAP ECP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican payroll regulations. Ensure compliance with all tax obligations related to payroll, including the calculation and payment of payroll taxes. Conduct internal audits to validate payroll records and resolve discrepancies. Prepare periodic reports on payroll costs and other relevant financial indicators. Manage pre-payroll processes, including alignment and review of incidents. Perform payroll calculations in SAP HCM, covering weekly, monthly, and special processes such as profit sharing (PTU), vacations, Christmas bonuses, severance payments, and terminations. Verify and audit time records to ensure compliance with established standards. Maintain employee time and attendance records. Process new hires, payroll updates, and tax-related changes in the payroll system. Collect payroll data for financial statements, including account reconciliations and trial balance adjustments. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment contracts, and government regulations. Manage employee files and documentation. Administer employee benefits such as savings funds, food vouchers, fuel vouchers, and restaurant cards. Calculate ISR, state payroll tax, and employer contributions. \- Manage absence permissions, calculate social security risk premiums, and handle procedures with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. Supervise payroll stamping and CFDI issuance. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. Provide labor and union support on payroll-related matters. Then join us and impact your world. **Your professional profile should include:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. 4\-5 years of experience in a similar role. Essential experience working with SAP HCM and SAP FI. Experience managing master data in Workday or SuccessFactors. Calculation of ISR, payroll tax, and determination of employer and employee contributions. Knowledge of applicable labor and tax regulations. Excellent Excel skills for pre-payroll control. Attention to detail and precision in calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
