What will you do as an OD Consultant? You will be part of the consulting team working on high-impact projects for our clients, such as: * HR Reengineering * Organizational diagnostics * Design of structures, roles, and profiles * Competency models * Change management and organizational alignment Your work will be strategic, with direct contact with clients across different industries and sectors. Work schedule: * Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs at client offices (CDMX), 15:30 to 18:00 hrs remote * Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs remote (CDMX) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum of 4 years of experience in OD consulting essential * Proficiency in organizational analysis and process redesign tools * Excellent writing skills and ability to produce high-level deliverables * Intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Drive, Process Mapping * Strong communication, customer service, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills. * Must live in a central area of CDMX. * We offer: * Monthly base salary: $20,000 net. * Transportation allowance: $2,000 monthly plus support for internet and phone line * Short Fridays. * Participation in diverse, challenging, and strategic projects * Continuous mentoring and learning opportunities * Professional, human environment focused on results * Real development opportunities within consulting.
