We are looking for Talent: Travel Analyst What do you need to become one of us? * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Accounting, Administration * Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the field Position Objective: Ensure efficiency, compliance with policies, and cost optimization in all aspects related to corporate travel Main Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings. 2. Monitor compliance with corporate travel policies. 3. Analyze travel patterns and propose improvements. 4. Negotiate rates and terms with service providers. 5. Prepare expense reports and travel metrics. 6. Assist employees in planning their itineraries. 7. Manage incidents during travels. 8. Update and maintain travel databases. 9. Collaborate with finance and human resources departments. 10. Implement continuous improvement processes in travel management. 11. Invoicing and reconciliation Requirements: 1. University degree in Tourism, Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel management. 3. Knowledge of booking tools and GDS systems. 4. Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. 5. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Customer-oriented with attention to detail. 8. Knowledge of travel policies and regulatory compliance. 9. Intermediate or advanced English. 10. Availability to work flexible hours if necessary.
