Main Responsibilities: Data entry, cleansing, and maintenance of databases. Data capture and validation in spreadsheets. Application of advanced Excel formulas and functions (pivot tables, filters, data validations, etc.). Database matching and reconciliation. Administrative and operational incident control and tracking. Generation of periodic reports. General administrative support. Requirements: * Proven intermediate-level Excel experience. (A technical knowledge test will be administered.) * Attention to detail and handling of confidential information. * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Prior experience in administrative areas, data analysis, or related fields is desirable. · Availability to work the following schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * One rotating weekend day off (Saturday or Sunday) * 1.5-hour lunch break.
