Position Summary: NEWREST is seeking an Executive Chef to manage food preparation, presentation, and control in an industrial cafeteria, including menu design and supervision of hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of balanced menus and development of technical specifications. 2. Supervision of food preparation and presentation. 3. Waste control and compliance with hygiene standards. **NEWREST is seeking an Executive Chef at Periférico Sur 3720 \- La Magdalena Contreras, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leading company in the food and cafeteria services industry; seeking a CHEF for an INDUSTRIAL CAFETERIA **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design daily/weekly balanced, nutritious menus aligned with client needs. * Develop standardized technical specifications and recipes for portion and cost control. * Coordinate with procurement to acquire supplies according to the production plan. \*Supervision and Control\* * Supervise proper food preparation, presentation, and delivery. * Verify compliance with hygiene regulations (NOM\-251\-SSA1\) and good manufacturing practices. * Control waste and spoilage through efficient supply management.
