Negotiate favorable terms to generate sustainable savings, optimizing costs without compromising quality. Maintain strategic supplier relationships, fostering long-term partnerships, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement. Identify risks related to availability, pricing, compliance, or market changes within the supply chain. Align procurement strategy with corporate objectives. Conduct periodic comparative analyses of regular suppliers to promote continuous improvement and procurement process efficiency. Implement tools and improvement processes for traceability, transparency, and purchase control. Analyze the market to monitor economic and industry conditions, anticipating price fluctuations, material availability, and emerging opportunities. Regularly update price catalogs to provide engineering\-estimation with current market prices. Collaborate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, legal, accounting). Monitor forecasts based on plant and project budget execution needs.
