Flexible availability. Willingness to travel to branches within and outside the state. Reside near Metepec. Experience in OD, organizational climate, performance evaluation, and structural design. Proficiency in diagnostic methodologies, onboarding, 360° evaluations, and change management. Strong command of organizational analysis tools. **• Desired Experience:** OD processes and cultural change, organizational chart design, team integration and work climate, training facilitation, conflict intervention, and improvement of organizational structures. Main Responsibilities: Update and manage organizational charts and job profiles. Develop and strengthen mission, vision, values, and organizational culture. Coordinate onboarding processes and 360° evaluations at offices and branches. Conduct assessments of work climate, structure, and environment. Facilitate strategies for organizational change and process improvement. Establish cultural indicators and promote effective communication. Encourage team collaboration and conflict resolution.
