Position Objective The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes within the Trade Marketing area, ensuring the proper execution of recruitment and selection strategies, as well as problem resolution, development of commercial proposals, and project follow-up. With a focus on efficiency and results-oriented performance, the individual must lead teams, manage key information, and maintain high customer service standards, supported by technical skills (such as data analysis and 80% proficiency in Excel) and soft skills (including communication, leadership, and adaptability to change), thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. Main Responsibilities Supervise the correct execution of recruitment and selection strategies. \*Supervise adequate coverage of authorized vacancies. \*Track incidents and their resolution. \*Supervise training plans. \*Provide customer service and resolve issues. \*Prepare quotations and proposals. \*Develop commercial quotations and proposals. \*Follow up on meetings and project kick-offs; supervise reconciliations Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial or operational roles, preferably in sectors such as Trade Marketing, recruitment, or services. Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (80% Excel proficiency, Power BI) and familiarity with process automation. Availability for flexible working hours.
