This role contributes to the smooth operation of senior leadership and effective coordination between academic and administrative departments at Universidad Marista Ciudad de México. **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordinate and manage the institutional agenda of the Rector's Office, prioritizing meetings, events, and commitments. · Draft, review, and file correspondence, official letters, reports, and documents. · Manage phone calls, emails, and visits with professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor. · Organize travel, meetings, and institutional events, including logistics and supporting materials. · Maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of official documentation. · Follow up on agreements and action items arising from Rector's Office meetings. · Manage internal and external mail and courier services. · Prepare reports, presentations, and databases with relevant information for executive management. · Supervise administrative procedures and assist in interdepartmental coordination. · Ensure absolute confidentiality of all institutional information. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Executive Secretarial Studies, or related field (professional title required).
