




**Purpose** Implement and oversee the company’s security program across all business lines. This role must be operational and tactical, providing employees with a preventive approach and personalized attention regarding security matters. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive protection, crisis management, and response to safeguard employees, property, and corporate assets, as well as managing external security services. **Key Responsibilities** * Liaise with local and federal authorities. * Conduct security assessments. * Supervise asset security plans. * Coordinate local executive protection programs. * Participate in crisis committees. * Investigate incidents affecting corporate assets. * Implement asset security procedures, actions, and guidelines. * Support various departments in internal investigations. * Manage security service personnel. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree, security certifications, executive protection certification. * Minimum 5 years of experience. * Experience in law enforcement and/or the private sector. * Knowledge of investigative protocols. * Crisis management. * Risk assessment and intelligence services. * Management of indirect security workforces exceeding 50 people. * High adherence to standards, procedures, and policies, as well as integrity. * Passion for results, continuous pursuit of operational excellence, and orientation toward internal and external customers. * Adaptability to change and strong sense of responsibility in decision-making. * Preferably a local candidate without mobility constraints for assigned operations.
