This includes purchasing, supplier selection, contracts, certifications, evaluations, and material traceability, thereby guaranteeing compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** The role involves performing critical tasks for documentation control and quality: * Verify that all documentation related to materials and services complies with applicable regulatory standards. * Prepare and provide procurement-related documentation for internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory authority inspections. * Continuously update the document management system with current information regarding suppliers, materials, and commercial terms. * Supervise the scanning, archiving, and control of physical and electronic documents in accordance with the quality management system guidelines. * Ensure that documentation required for evaluating and qualifying new suppliers is available and complete. * Implement systematic reviews of documentation-area policies and procedures as part of the continuous improvement cycle. * Generate reports and key performance indicators related to procurement documentation management and improvement reports concerning area processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in roles such as Documentation Manager, Documentation Analyst, Technical Documentation Manager, or similar. * **Essential Knowledge:** Administrative activities, preparation and handling of documentation, and knowledge of supplier audits. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, including Outlook). * Familiarity with Integrated Accounting Systems (COI), current ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Knowledge of current Mexican Official Standard NOM-241-SSA1 and Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices.
