Company dedicated to the marketing of bioestimulants is seeking to fill the position Agricultural Technical Sales Representative for the State of Mexico region. Do you have \+3 years of experience in this or a similar role, focused on agro-input sales, primarily bioestimulants? Do you hold an academic background in Agronomy, possess a client portfolio from the region, and have knowledge of this area? Are you familiar with its crops and do you have full availability to travel? Then this vacancy is for you! The person in this role will be responsible for managing and executing sales through teamwork, negotiation skills, strategic, administrative, technical/agronomic, and environmental capabilities. **Work location:** State of Mexico, southern Michoacán, and areas near Michoacán **Residence location:** Toluca State, Toluca metropolitan area, or Villa Guerrero **Experience / Requirements:** * Degree in Agronomy (mandatory, must be certified); * \+3 years of experience in this or a similar position, with focus on agro-input sales, primarily bioestimulants; * Must have an established client portfolio, knowledge of the work region and its crops; * Availability to travel and valid type B driver's license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Demonstrate commercial knowledge and relationships with regional distribution channels; * Proven track record of sales success; * Generate sales reports and present them to management; * Effective communication, market analysis, customer prospecting, and customer-focused We offer: * Base salary of $17,800 gross per month (upon meeting all profile requirements) plus 2% commission starting from the 3rd month on invoiced and collected sales; * Statutory benefits plus individual medical insurance and monthly grocery vouchers; * Work tools: mobile phone, computer equipment, and company vehicle; * Travel expense reimbursement and training
