**Job Description: Production Assistant for TikTok Shop (Women's Fashion)** **Location:** Coyoacán **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. * Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Overview:** We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with an excellent attitude to join our production team at **TikTok Shop**, specializing in women's clothing sales. This role combines production support tasks, customer service, inventory management, and active participation in live broadcasts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **hosting of live sales** on TikTok Shop (interact with the audience and present products). * **Support the model** during live streams: hand over garments, organize clothing before and after use. * **Keep clothing in optimal condition**, including ironing and arranging garments prior to each broadcast. * **Set up and activate flash sales** (limited-time offers) during live streams. * **Respond to customer messages and comments**. * **Take photographs or create images** of new garments for uploading to the TikTok store. * **Process customer returns** and properly manage inventory (tracking garment inflow and outflow). * Assist in the **general organization of the workspace** and showroom. **Requirements:** * Interest in fashion and social media (especially TikTok). * Good verbal communication skills. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Previous experience in customer service, production, or online sales is desirable. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (TikTok, Excel, Canva, or similar). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Young and creative work environment. * Growth opportunities within the digital marketing and sales team.
