This key role directly supervises a sales team and ensures achievement of commercial objectives through direct distribution channels, optimizing coverage, point-of-sale execution and profitability. The incumbent must drive volume and value growth, manage key relationships and develop talent within their team. **What you need to know about this position:** * Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for the zone, aligned with the company’s commercial objectives * Ensure execution of the direct distribution strategy, including route optimization, delivery efficiency and adherence to service standards * Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential within the assigned zone * Lead, motivate and develop a direct distribution sales team (e.g., Sales Supervisors) * Set clear goals, provide continuous coaching and conduct performance reviews to ensure professional growth and objective attainment * Manage the zone’s sales budget and operational expenses, ensuring profitability **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
