We are looking for a passionate **Architectural Renderer and 3D Modeling Specialist** with a deep interest in architecture and design. If you have the ability to transform blueprints and concepts into impactful photorealistic images, we want to meet you! Your primary mission will be to generate architectural visualizations of the highest quality, ensuring that every design detail is accurately represented for our clients, bids, and projects. **Your Main Responsibilities** * **Advanced 3D Modeling:** Create and manage complex 3D models of architectural projects (interiors and exteriors) for subsequent rendering. * **Photorealistic Visualization:** Produce high-quality, realistic architectural renders, paying close attention to lighting, textures, and atmosphere. * **High-Impact Presentations:** Develop visual presentations for bids, competitions, and internal reviews, ensuring photorealistic quality. * **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with architects and designers to fully understand the projects and concepts to be visualized. * **Post-Production:** Perform basic image editing for final delivery, adjusting details and enhancing visual impact. * **Time Management:** Ensure timely delivery of all project deadlines. **What We Are Looking For?
