Skilled in early detection of failures, implementation of maintenance plans, and close collaboration with engineering, quality, and logistics departments to ensure overall efficiency of the production process. **Key Skills:** * Knowledge of paper converting machinery * Supervision of operations and production lines. * Control of production and efficiency indicators. * Coordination and planning of preventive/corrective maintenance. * Technical knowledge of tissue paper machinery (rewinders, converters, etc.). * Leadership and management of operational teams. * Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. * Proficiency with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S tools. * Management of technical spare parts inventory. * Ability to respond to emergencies or unexpected shutdowns. **Recommended Education:** * Technician or Engineer in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related field. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of operational supervision experience in industrial plants. * Specific experience in the paper converting or tissue machinery sector is desirable.
