Propose improvements to optimize machinery performance **Job Description:** At Proarta, we are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Industrial Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery and equipment through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or operational failures. * Ensure optimal equipment operation to prevent production downtime. * Complete and manage maintenance forms, reports, and logs. * Monitor adherence to established maintenance programs. * Propose improvements to optimize machinery performance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * Prior experience in industrial machinery maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and processes. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. * Basic proficiency in technical documentation and forms. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (to be determined based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
